This policy explains what personal information HUGways collects through this website, why, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you contact us. If you send us a message through our inquiry form or by email, we receive the details you choose to give us — typically your name, email address, business name, phone number, website and message.

When you browse. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the service running.

Fonts. Our typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google and shares your IP address with it when you visit.

How we use it

• To reply to your message and, if you ask, to prepare a demo or quote.
• To keep this website secure and working.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run this website and reply to you — such as our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) and our email provider. They may only use it to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry messages for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping afterwards, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 you also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
